At Reliant Distribution, we are committed to delivering your order to site safely, securely, in a timely fashion. Where possible, your items will be delivered by our own trained delivery team using dedicated vehicles. To ensure fast and reliable nationwide delivery, we have also partnered with reliable and trusty couriers who provide the same high level of care with your products.

Delivery Information
We offer reliable nationwide delivery with simple, transparent pricing:
- £9.99 per item – Smaller products (e.g. standard TVs, soundbars, microwaves)
- £19.99 per item – Larger products (e.g. refrigeration, ovens, TVs over 75”)
- Once your order has been placed, our Customer Service team will arrange your delivery and contact you to confirm the earliest available delivery date. Scheduling may take a few days, so please don’t worry if you don’t hear from us immediately.
- On the day of delivery, you will receive a 2-hour delivery timeslot for your order.
Remote Deliveries
Some remote postcodes (including the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands) may have limited delivery availability and additional charges due to courier restrictions.
Additional Charges:
- Scottish Highlands: £49.99
- UK Islands: £89.99
If restrictions apply to your postcode, our team will contact you to confirm the available delivery options. If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

Important Notes
Check Dimensions: Ensure product dimensions (including packaging) fit through your doorway. Removal of packaging may void courier responsibility for damages.
Safety Guidelines: Our couriers adopt the following delivery policies; parcels will be placed on the doorstep, and couriers will maintain a 2-metre distance. If no one answers the door, an undelivered out card will be left at the delivery address, and the parcel will be returned to the depot.
Heavy Items: For heavy items over 135kg, a £29.99 delivery surcharge will apply.
Customer Responsibilities
It is important that someone is available to accept the delivery at the time and date communicated from the courier. For rescheduled deliveries due to missed appointments, a charge of £30.00 to £200.00 will apply, depending on the product size and delivery location. Please contact customer service for details.
